At the heart of the campaign was a story rooted in Berlin’s running scene. We partnered with local athletes Julia Schüler and Romain Wyndaele, whose real-life training bond became its emotional anchor. Their story gave the brand line new depth: more than a tagline, it became a shared mindset of speed fueled by collective effort and support.
Shot during a real track session, the campaign film captured the grounded optimism and unifying spirit of running together. It wasn’t about personal bests, it was about consistency, community, and the everyday moments behind greatness. The result was a raw, cinematic piece, cut into a modular suite ranging from Instagram Reels to 30-second YouTube edits, ensuring adidas’ message resonated across every format and channel.
The city became the stage. Giant billboards, wild posters, U-Bahn trains, and real-time DOOH lined the marathon route, syncing with race energy and putting adidas in stride with every runner. Iconic, authentic race-track moments—captured by Felix Goergens—carried the energy of the hero film across every medium.
Berlin became adidas’ stage for two weeks. With local runners at the core and authentic imagery across streets, social, and paid, the campaign resonated deeply with the city’s running culture—turning You Got This into a shared feeling of showing up together.
