Wehkamps' management team approached us to support them with developing a new user experience for their online shop. In a series of design sprints, we worked closely with several stakeholders from different departments to develop ideas for a more immersive and social shopping experience. The result: a new social commerce strategy that will influence Wehkamp's future product roadmap and a new visual design language that contributes to positioning Wehkamp as a modern shopping destination for home, living, and fashion.
