Senior Account Manager (Brand) (all genders)

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager (SAM) who can lead the charge on brand identity and brand activation projects. You’ll be the go-to partner for our clients from strategy through to execution, steering strategy, driving delivery, and keeping the work sharp, on time, and unforgettable.

As a SAM, you’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on project management. You’ll translate business and cultural insights into creative opportunities, guide multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects land with precision—whether developing a new brand identity or bringing a campaign to life through an activation.

What You’ll Do

Short:

  • Own the relationship — be the trusted voice clients turn to.

Long:

Client Partnership

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on brand identity and activation projects.
  • Build and nurture strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Anticipate client needs and position HY.AM as a strategic partner, not just an executional agency.

Project & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects including brand identities, campaigns, and brand activations.
  • Translate client briefs into clear, actionable internal direction.
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects.
  • Ensure all outputs meet HY.AM’s standards for creative quality and cultural relevance.

Strategy & Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to connect client objectives with bold creative solutions.
  • Provide context and insights that help teams deliver brand identities and activations with impact.
  • Contribute to workshops, presentations, and pitches with strategic and commercial input.

Financial & Growth Ownership

  • Manage account budgets and profitability.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, from expanding identity rollouts to scaling activations.
  • Support in new business opportunities, contributing to proposals and pitches.

Team Development

  • Mentor and guide Account Executives/Managers on client service and project delivery.
  • Foster collaboration and positive energy within the team, balancing client needs with creative ambition.

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years of account management experience in a creative/brand/design agency.
  • Proven experience managing brand identity and/or brand activation projects end-to-end.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities—confident in client-facing moments.
  • A commercial mindset: comfortable with budgets, scopes, and growth opportunities.
  • Curiosity for culture and love for brand, design, and storytelling.
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
