Berlin-based mobility start-up unu needed help generating buzz for their new electric scooter – a project four years in the making. Through the power of storytelling, we created an engaging yet streamlined digital customer experience.
Berlin-based mobility start-up unu needed help generating buzz for their new electric scooter – a project four years in the making. Through the power of storytelling, we created an engaging yet streamlined digital customer experience.
Through our emotional storytelling, rooted in the founders and their product vision, we helped to humanise the brand. Meanwhile, we also introduced a re-energised new art direction that positioned unu as a premium urban lifestyle brand.
From browsing to check-out, we created a fully reimagined, modern online shopping experience, which allows users to either book a free test ride or purchase a scooter in just three, easy steps.
With our easy-to-use product configurator, users could explore the scooter’s features and customise their own to their liking – from colour and helmet size to motor strength.
A year after announcing their new e-scooter, unu launched the product with a bang, receiving favourable reviews and laudatory headlines across the German-speaking media landscape – from Der Spiegel to Chip.de.
