As an Editor, you’ll play a key role in bringing to life the stories of leading brands in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and sports. Whether it’s editing high-impact campaign videos, YouTube content, or fast-paced reels, you know how to turn footage into engaging narratives that land and resonate across platforms.

You’ll be responsible for editing campaign and social media content for our client teams—from long-form videos to short-form formats. You’ll collaborate closely with creative leads and producers to ensure every frame aligns with the concept, brand, and culture at large.

Key Responsibilities

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit a wide range of content formats, including hero films, YouTube videos, TikToks, Instagram Reels, and case studies.
  • Work from raw footage to final cut—covering rough edits, fine cuts, basic color correction/grading, audio sync, and light sound design.
  • Well-organized, self-reliant, and able to make autonomous decisions ahead of feedback rounds (e.g., proactively suggesting music or visual effects based on the client brief).
  • Implement feedback quickly and effectively, adapting content to meet client goals and platform specifications.
  • Ensure all final assets meet both technical standards and creative expectations.
  • Skilled at editing multi-source footage (e.g., iPhone, Sony, Blackmagic) while maintaining consistent visual quality throughout the final product.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with producers, creatives, and social teams to shape the narrative and visual tone of each video.
  • Contribute during pre-production by advising on edit-friendly shooting approaches and content planning.
  • Add value to storytelling, pacing, transitions, and platform-specific visual language.

Multi-Platform Expertise

  • Adapt edits for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), ensuring each version feels native and impactful.
  • Stay current on platform trends, editing styles, and audience behaviour to inform high-performing outputs.

File Management & Delivery

  • Manage project files, exports, and final assets in a structured and professional manner.
  • Deliver final files on time and in the correct formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios for each platform.
  • Proactive in finding ways to improve our editing setup and optimising our workflow

YOU

Experience & Expertise

  • 2–4 years of experience in video editing for brands, social media, or content studios.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating work across both long-form and short-form formats.
  • Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and CapCut is essential.
