As our Digital Project Manager, you'll dive headfirst into managing exciting digital projects for our international client. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Digital Project Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing innovative digital projects, such as websites, micro-sites, and online shops, to help clients achieve their marketing and business objectives.
• Directing the project team in their daily and weekly tasks to ensure team morale and project success, employing Waterfall and occasionally agile methodologies.
• Managing internal and external expectations while delivering top-quality service and acting on client feedback.
• Ensuring timely delivery of digital projects, staying within scope and budget constraints.
• Handling multiple concurrent projects, managing budgets, schedules, and team activities effectively.
• Communicating project status, setting client expectations, guaranteeing high-quality service delivery, and pinpointing new products/services to promote to clients.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance internal efficiency and improve the usability of tools and templates.
• Continuously recognising potential services and products to promote to existing clients, driving further growth and collaboration.

PROFILE

• You are fluent in both German and English.
• You have 4+ years of robust experience delivering websites, micro-sites, online shops, and project management, primarily within dynamic agency environments.
• You bring a proven track record of successfully launching digital experiences and websites, with Shopify projects being a plus.
• You understand the digital landscape and the latest technological advancements, including programming languages, software development methodologies, and project management tools specific to digital product development.
• You possess excellent working knowledge of project management software such as Asana, Slack, Google for Work, and Jira, CMS software like Contentful and Prismic, and a good understanding of design tools such as Adobe Cloud and Figma. Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
• You have experience leading cross-functional teams of designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
• You are an energetic and positive communicator with a hands-on approach, eager to make an impact.
• As a team player, you're excited about collaborating closely with colleagues and other stakeholders in a distributed model.
• You have outstanding presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• You can skillfully manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, handle time pressure, and confidently manage stress levels while prioritising the client's needs.
• A solid network within the creative industry will contribute significantly to the role.
• A passion for design, fashion, music, and culture is a significant plus.
