You’ll manage high-value, multi-market account(s) — spanning €1M+ annual budgets, 5–10 markets, and multi-channel global campaigns. From long-term social retainers to large-scale productions, you’ll guide clients through complex creative challenges while ensuring our teams deliver outstanding results.
You’ll lead and inspire a team of 5–7 people, fostering collaboration and clarity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and creativity, brings a sharp eye for brand-building, and builds trusted partnerships that last.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the strategic lead and trusted partner for key accounts, owning relationships and steering them toward long-term growth and success
- Translate client business goals into clear strategies, campaign briefs, and deliverables across brand, social, and production scopes
- Lead high-level conversations and planning sessions (e.g. editorial planning, quarterly strategy reviews), ensuring clarity, alignment, and measurable impact
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand, market, and internal dynamics, proactively recommending initiatives that create value and opportunity
Project Oversight & Operational Excellence
- Maintain full visibility across all projects and workstreams — ensuring momentum, quality, and alignment across teams
- Oversee budgets, scopes, and timelines at the account level — flagging risks early and driving practical, solutions-oriented decisions
- Guarantee structured workflows through clear briefings, handovers, and documentation (e.g. Asana, reports, recaps, decks)
- Plan, manage, and support campaigns across departments by working closely with creative, production, strategy, and social teams, taking responsibility for both project management and client communication
Team Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Flow
- Act as the central connector between teams — aligning strategy, creative excellence, and production feasibility into one clear direction
- Partner closely with Account Managers, Producers, Strategists, and Social Media Managers to set priorities and ensure smooth delivery across workstreams
- Lead by example, fostering open communication, strong alignment, and a shared sense of ownership that empowers the team to excel
Growth, Learning & Leadership
- Drive client growth by tracking KPIs, campaign results, and feedback — turning insights into clear improvements and measurable value
- Spot and shape upsell opportunities, building strong business cases that expand client partnerships
- Strengthen the agency from within by refining workflows, elevating documentation, and mentoring team members to raise the bar
You
Experience & Expertise
- 4–6+ years of experience in account management, strategy, or client services — ideally within a creative agency, content studio, or brand marketing team
- Proven track record managing large, high-profile accounts, leading cross-functional teams, and steering complex, multi-layered scopes
- Deep understanding of social-first content, brand building, production processes, and global campaign workflows
- Experience in the beauty industry is a strong plus
- Confident relationship-builder and trusted advisor — skilled at leading client conversations, aligning stakeholders, and bringing clarity through structured planning
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential. German is a strong advantage and will help you build even stronger relationships with local clients and partners
