ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic graphic designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various departments, including social media, business development, brand design, production, and marketing. Responsibilities include creating assets for campaigns and day-to-day design tasks, providing designs for pitches and presentations, developing brand assets and collateral, contributing to Art Direction efforts, and designing for our pop-up space, social media channels, and website, focusing on case studies. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and adept at working in a collaborative environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Graphic Designer, your responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the social media team to craft compelling campaign assets and fulfil day-to-day design needs.
• Providing creative support to the internal business development team by designing visually engaging materials for pitches and presentations.
• Engaging closely with the brand design team to conceptualise and produce brand assets and collateral essential for various branding initiatives.
• Playing a key role in supporting the production department by offering artistic direction and guidance to ensure visual consistency and excellence.
• Assisting the internal marketing team in crafting designs tailored for our pop-up space, social media platforms, and website, with a specialised emphasis on producing captivating case studies.

PROFILE

• 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably within a creative agency, design studio or as a freelancer
• Track record of outstanding graphic design and creative storytelling
• A problem solver with excellent communication skills and the drive to bring ideas to life
• Deep understanding of design systems and a keen eye for composition, typography, photography and animation. 
• Interdisciplinary thinking and collaborative working in a fast-paced environment are great fun for you
• Curious, explorative and open to trying new ways of working and learning
• Keen interest in all things culture, from design, art, and architecture to music and art 
• High-level skill in design programs (Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experienced in video editing, preferably Adobe After Effects, CapCut, and Premier
• Motion and 3D design are a big plus
• Experience in coding or interactive design is always a plus.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is a plus
• Based in Berlin or Europe 
• Starting date: ASAP
