ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a project manager, you'll work with a rad team of experts to bring branding and communications projects to life. You'll be the mastermind behind the operation, guiding it from start to finish. It's your job to ensure everything runs smoothly and hits all the goals and outcomes while keeping it on budget and schedule. You'll be our clients' primary point of contact, building a solid relationship based on transparent communication and regular updates. You'll juggle various marketing projects, from social media stunts to creating new brands. It's a challenging but exciting role!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are responsible for delivering internal and external marketing projects within scope, time and budget and can react to changing requirements quickly.
• You handle schedules, budgets, and overall project organisation for multiple concurrent projects.
• You build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders and team members to understand project requirements to compose project proposals, timelines and cost estimates.
• You lead and guide weekly and day-to-day activities of our creative team with agile methodologies to ensure team happiness and project success.
• You create, communicate, and document weekly project status and reports, as well as change requests and schedule updates to clients, team members, and management.
• You manage internal and external expectations, ensure the highest quality service delivery, and solicit and act upon client feedback.
• Enthusiastically identify ongoing opportunities to increase internal efficiency and improve the usability of tools and templates.
• Continuously identify services and products to promote to existing clients.

PROFILE

• You speak fluent German and English.
• You have already gained +3 years of experience in online marketing project management roles within agile tech startups, design agencies, brands or consulting companies.
• You have a solid track record of leading successful consumer-facing social media marketing and branding projects and the ability to work on multiple projects with a tight deadline simultaneously.
• You are an energetic and positive communicator with a hands-on approach who is ready to make an impact.
• You are a team player excited about collaborating closely with colleagues and other stakeholders via a distributed model.
• You have an excellent working knowledge of project management software, such as Asana, Notion, Google for Work, Slack, etc. Mastering Figma is a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal
• You manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, withstand the time pressure, and manage your stress levels confidently.
• You are fluent in social media, such as Instagram and TikTok; being a creator is a big plus, so don't hesitate to share your profiles with us.
• A passion for design, fashion, music, and culture
