Mobility
We approached this project by first learning as much as possible about the how and the when of urban riding habits. Through stakeholder interviews, a series of workshops, and surveys with the brand’s customer base, we gained important insight into their mobility needs and buying behaviour. With the user in mind, we conceived the brand's digital narrative and e-commerce experience in a series of sprints, validating our designs through rapid prototyping and user testing.
We developed a sleek digital brand experience, elegantly framing unu as an emerging premium mobility service provider.
Through storytelling and intuitive UX, we created a sensory, experiential user journey offering visitors the opportunity to easily engage with the scooter and learn more about its features and benefits – a result, that exceeded our clients’ expectations.
Through our emotional storytelling, rooted in the founders and their product vision, we helped to humanise the brand. Meanwhile, we also introduced a re-energised new art direction that positioned unu as a premium urban lifestyle brand.
